Dr Ekaterina Todarello
A passionate and seasoned educator and practitioner of mindfulness, Dr. Ekaterina (Katya) Todarello has worked as a University lecturer in leadership, ethics, and organisational behaviour for almost two decades and is skilled in teaching, designing business curricula and mentoring postgraduate students and staff. Ekaterina’s doctoral dissertation and publications are in workplace spirituality and mindful leadership. Ekaterina’s certificates, accreditations and experience include leading the transformational game of reflective self-inquiry, facilitation of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs as well as dynamic meditation and mindfulness sessions. She is an active member and a co-facilitator in the Humanistic Buddhism Communities of Practice at Nan Tien. Ekaterina considers herself a lifelong student of mindfulness who stays open and committed to learning the art of compassionate presence and to embedding the principles of contemplative and transformational pedagogy in the Higher Education teaching and learning environments.
Ekaterina resides with her husband on the Central Coast Peninsula, NSW, loving its breathtaking nature and the soul-nourishing lifestyle it offers.
