Sabina Rabold is a senior psychotherapist and clinical supervisor in private practice in Sydney, Australia. Her therapeutic work is Buddhist-influenced and grounded in the Humanistic and Existential traditions; she works with individuals, couples and groups. For the past 15 years Sabina has held positions as an academic teacher in various universities around Australia and has enjoyed leading many different types of therapy and dharma – based courses, workshops and retreats locally and overseas. Sabina has a deep love for teaching and learning and values co-creating a community of learners that works together with curiosity, vitality and engagement. Her intention is to offer a clear, warm and interactive learning experience.
Sabina is a graduate of the professional training course of the Australian Association of Buddhism and Psychotherapy where she also held the position of Director of Training for several years. Sabina is currently studying to be a dharma teacher with the Insight Meditation Institute of Australia and is excited to be in the process of enrolling in a doctoral program with the focus of the thesis on Buddhism and Psychotherapy.
