    Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an inspiring eight-week program which will help you to develop more mental, physical and psychological well-being and resilience.
    This course has been shown to help alleviate a wide range of physical and psychological difficulties, increase well-being and enhance performance and engagement in work and life.

    Program Facilitator

    The MBSR course will be facilitated by experienced mindfulness teacher and MBSR facilitator, Helene Orr, who has extensive expert knowledge and practice in the workshop content areas. Helene has a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Masters in Health and Social Well-being. She is a MBSR teacher (Mindfulness Training Institute Australasia), Yoga Teacher (Samadhi Yoga) and is a full member of the Meditation Association of Australia. She has been teaching a variety of mindfulness programs in the community and workplaces for 5 years.
