Mindfulness Workplace Program

Overview
Our Managing Mindfully program will assist and support organisations, businesses, and staff through periods of workplace change. Whether it is a planned change of culture led by managers and workplace leaders, or workplace cultural change in response to unforeseen events, this program will help you. Over four weeks, you will learn how to use the power of mindful awareness to effectively support change in the workplace. You will learn a range of practical mindfulness skills and techniques for regular use at work and in your personal life.

Program Details
The Managing Mindfully program explores a range of mindfulness practices designed to help you in the workplace whilst undergoing change for varied reasons, providing you with strategies you can incorporate into your ‘toolkit for change’. In this context, mindfulness can:
- Facilitate calm as you progress through your workday challenges
- Support positive reactions when faced with new ideas or ways of doing a task
- Learn how to be ‘agile’ in the workplace
- Increase motivation and focus during challenging times
- Help individuals manage and reduce levels of stress
- Develop flexibility and ease in the face of change
