Nan Tien Institute’s (NTI's) Humanistic Buddhism Centre designed this free meditation app to guide us through the hustle and bustle of everyday life.


In these busy times, we are confronted by hundreds of different challenges, settings and interactions, each and every day. The Check-In Meditation App allows us to transit from one setting to another. 


Checking in gives us an opportunity to focus on the present because there is nothing more important than the gift of the moment.


Meditate or “check-in” for any length of time between 1 and 60 minutes.


Whether individually or in groups, this free app is available anywhere and anytime.
