You Can Still Study at the Nan Tien Institute During COVID-19
We are pleased to inform you that you are able to continue to study at the Nan Tien Institute or enrol for the first time during the COVID-19 outbreak.
All of our on-campus classes and lectures have been moved to a digital intensive classroom delivery via Zoom to ensure the safety, health, and wellbeing of all students and staff. Zoom is ideal for our small classes and recreates the positive atmosphere of our on-campus delivery effectively.
You will still be able to enjoy the full benefits of student services, library, and academic support via phone or email.
This is especially good news for International students who are able to study remotely from their home country and will NOT require a visa to enrol in any subject or course offered by NTI.
After COVID-19 international students will have the option to apply for a student visa with their Confirmation of Enrolment Certificate should they wish to complete the remainder of their course in Australia.
Some of our existing students were concerned about studying online so it was very encouraging to see their feedback:
‘Despite my initial concerns about changing classroom format and not interacting with other students, I found I really enjoyed it. Time was allocated for reading and watching videos, as well as participating in live lectures. There was also time spent working online in small groups, just like we do when on campus at NTI. This variety made the learning easier and I’m really looking forward to the next class I’m enrolled in.’ Linda, NTI student.
‘I have really enjoyed this week; despite being worried at the beginning. This style of learning has given me more time to reflect within myself. I’ve had time to read the articles, really think about them and experience the subject in a deeper sense. I’ve also had time to work with other students and spend time with the teacher. The digital intensive classroom has been a good way to learn.’ Anon, NTI student.
If you have been thinking of studying with NTI, now is the ideal time to take another look at our program for 2020 and join our students in the digital intensive classroom this Spring.
