Nan Tien Institute of Higher Education…

Your Journey
Your Way

VIRTUAL OPEN DAY

3RD OF JUNE 2021

4PM-6PM AEST

ONLINE VIA ZOOM

We warmly invite prospective students, organisations, supporters and friends to our Virtual Open Day on 3 June 2021. The Virtual Open Day will involve a brief, rich program where you will meet faculty and past students that are transforming the way we think about happiness, wellbeing and connection. Your questions will be answered and you will learn about the ways you can draw on the wisdom of knowledge and traditions to serve others and effect profound personal change.

This event will provide prospective students with a “taste” of studying at NTI. Information on our major study areas will be provided and students will have the opportunity to ask questions about our courses and the student experience. Our Heads of Program, President and alumni will offer short presentations covering a broad range of topics. Local students will be given the option to attend a temple/campus tour on 5 June 2021 at NTI which is being organised by Ven Juewei and Metta Centre.

Our special position in the Australian higher education landscape is our focus on ‘Caring for the Carer’ where we provide opportunities for our students to develop greater resilience and ability to cope with the challenges of modern life.  We do this by offering students a combination of academic excellence and opportunities for personal development.

Launched in 2011, within the grounds of the Nan Tien Buddhist Temple, in Wollongong, Australia, Nan Tien Institute (NTI) is a private, not for profit, government accredited higher education provider offering courses in the areas of Buddhist studies, health and wellbeing.
