Enjoy a one and half day mindfulness retreat that will include instructions, silent periods of practice, and a range of interpersonal mindfulness exercises. Noble silence will be maintained on the first day. The second day will give participants the opportunity to be mindful in relationship to others, and to engage in group reflection. This retreat will be led by experienced meditation teachers.

This retreat is open to everyone.
