Deep Listening, Tender Mindfulness: A Two-Day Mindfulness Meditation Retreat

Join us for a restorative two-day retreat exploring mindfulness as a practice of presence, compassion, and deep connection.

Together we will cultivate a mindfulness that is not simply attentive, but infused with warmth, gentleness, and care. Through guided sitting and walking meditation, mindful rest, reflective inquiry, and periods of silence, participants will have the opportunity to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and discover a more tender way of being.

On the second day, the retreat turns towards relational practice, exploring how mindfulness comes alive in our interactions with others. Through practices of deep listening and mindful communication, we will investigate how presence can transform the way we relate, listen, and respond with compassion.

Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen an existing practice, this retreat offers a supportive space to pause, reflect, and cultivate qualities that nourish both personal wellbeing and compassionate engagement with others.

Come as you are, with curiosity and an open heart, and experience how mindfulness and compassion can be cultivated together – one breath, one step, and one moment at a time.

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, you are deeply and fully welcome!
